Along with friends and collaborators Ricardo Beaird, Jonathon Dull, and Alex Goebel, Paul has created Stage Of Fools, a new theatrical ensemble in the Twin Cities area.

"The Stage Of Fools mission is, through our diverse styles, to create a collective vision for every projectand to inspire audiences (as a whole) to engage in stories and ask important questions regardless of demographic. YOU are our future! Stage Of Fools creates an intimate experience whether the theater seats 40 or 400. Our goal is to transport audiences by relying less on spectacle and more on storytelling. We inspire our actors to actively engage in each project as an ensemble. We hope you relate to characters on a human level. With Stage Of Fools, you can connect and you discover."

Paul has been cast as Judas Iscariot in Stage Of Fools' first ever production, The Last Days of Judas Iscariot by Stephen Adly Guirgis, directed by Alex Goebel.

"Between Heaven and Hell- there is another place. This place: Hope. Hope- is located right over here in downtown purgatory. ...Now Hope, it changes with the times, but has stood always as God's gift to the last of his children. It is said that every civilization rearranges the cosmic furniture differently. In biblical times, Hope was an Oasis in the Desert. In medieval days, a shack free of Plague. Today, Hope is no longer a place for contemplation- litigation being the preferred new order of the day.

The Last Days of Judas Iscariot explores the conflict between mercy and Free Will, as the fate of history's most notorious sinner is put before a judge. However, in Purgatory, no one is safe from judgement as Mother Teresa, Pontius Pilate, Satan, and more are brought to the stand to testify. The play argues both sides and asks big questions in search of truth."

Dec 4th, 5th, 7th, 11th, and 12th, 7:30 pm, at Art House North in St. Paul
